Babies who are already born in drug-dependent rehabilitation clinics

According to Britain's public health service, the NHS, on average three babies are born drug addicts every day in England due to the mothers' habit.
A charity, the only one in the country, tries to keep the newborns with their parents during the rehab program.
Rachel (fictitious name) is one of the many mothers attending the Trevi House in Plymouth, southwest England, in the hope of getting rid of heroin addiction.
After suffering domestic violence for ten years, she says she was forced into prostitution and this led to drug problems.
"It's a lifestyle, so one day you wake up and realize that you are addicted, I feel guilty every day of my life, this guilt will stay with me," he said.
Rachel's baby was born drug-dependent.
The problem is repeated throughout the UK. In England, 1,087 babies born in 2014 and 2015 were affected by their mothers' use of drugs.
In Scotland, there were 987 babies between 2012 and 2015, while in Wales there were 75 cases of drugs and alcohol in 2015 and this year.
Almost all drugs pass from the mother into the bloodstream of the fetus during pregnancy. These children are already born addicted and suffering from the effects of abstinence - what is known as neonatal abstinence syndrome.
